TERMINI DI REVOCA/RETURN FORM

MODULO DI RESO

Per effettuare il reso deve utilizzare:

1- La scatola di spedizione fatta da Agriturismo Cantagalli in cui riconfezionare il prodotto/i da rendere. Per la spedizione è possibile comunque utilizzare qualsiasi altro tipo di imballaggio purché sia ben sigillato.

2 - La fattura di acquisto, che dovrà essere rispedita insieme alla merce.

3- Il presente modulo di reso, che sarà interamente compilato.

Le regole per poter rendere la merce sono:

1- La merce resa deve essere la stessa indicata nella fattura di acquisto, non accettiamo merce non fatturata.

2- La merce resa non deve essere stata usata, manomessa o danneggiata. La merce che non corrisponderà a questi requisiti non sarà accettata e sarà rispedita al mittente a sue spese.

3- La merce rispedita deve pervenire con il suo imballaggio originale integro (ogni bustina di plastica che era presente nella scatola, cd e manuali con la sua confezione originale, ecc... ).

4- La merce rispedita deve essere accompagnata del presente modulo di reso, compilato in tutte le sue parti e firmato.

5- Accettiamo resi entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna della merce, sempre che le regole sopra elencate siano rispettate.

6- Il documento di trasporto deve essere compilato in tutte le sue parti.

7- Per il diritto di recesso potrà scegliere qualsiasi vettore per la restituzione degli articoli. Se la merce che intende rendere risponde ai requisiti appena elencati, invii una mail all'indirizzo azienda@agriturismocantagalli.it dove comunicherà quanto segue:

• Che tipo di reso vuole fare con relativa motivazione; b- Numero ordine o numero fattura; c- Se desidera un RIMBORSO, ci informi sul metodo con cui desidera ricevere indietro l'importo da lei pagato (escluse le spese di consegna iniziali). Se il pagamento dell'ordine è stato fatto con stripe, verrà fatto uno storno dell'operazione iniziale. Diversamente, il rimborso può essere fatto con bonifico bancario, postepay o postagiro.

RETURN FORM

To make the return you must use:

1- The shipping box made by Agriturismo Cantagalli in which to repackage the product/s to be returned. Any other type of packaging can still be used for shipping as long as it is well sealed.

2 - The purchase invoice, which must be returned together with the goods.

3- This return form, which will be completely filled out.

The rules to be able to return the goods are:

1- The returned goods must be the same indicated on the purchase invoice, we do not accept non-invoiced goods.

2- The returned goods must not have been used, tampered with or damaged. Goods that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his expense.

3- The returned goods must arrive with their original packaging intact (each plastic bag that was present in the box, CDs and manuals with its original packaging, etc ...).

4- The returned goods must be accompanied by this return form, completed in all its parts and signed.

5- We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods, provided that the rules listed above are respected.

6- The transport document must be completed in all its parts.

7- For the right of withdrawal you can choose any carrier for the return of the items. If the goods you intend to return meet the requirements listed above, send an email to azienda@agriturismocantagalli.it where you will communicate the following:

• What type of return do you want to make with the relative motivation; b- Order number or invoice number; c- If you would like a REFUND, please tell us the method by which you would like to receive back the amount you paid (excluding initial delivery costs). If the payment of the order was made with stripe, a reversal of the initial operation will be made. Otherwise, the refund can be made by bank transfer, postepay or giro.
